Service Description

You can upload your documents to Canopy for us to prepare your tax return. Please fill out our new client questionnaire on our website to receive a Canopy account. Please upload all of your 2025 tax documents, a copy of your 2024 tax return, and a cover page including the date of birth and SSN of everybody that is claimed on your tax return. When you upload your docs, you will either receive an email asking for additional information, or a full copy of your return to review within 2 business days!
